We offer replacement support in case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. Customers are requested to contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper unboxing video proof and product images for verification. Once the issue is verified, the replacement process will be initiated accordingly.
If a customer wishes to exchange the product due to size-related issues, the exchange may be possible depending on stock availability. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with the size exchange process. We strongly recommend reviewing the size details carefully before placing an order to ensure the best fit.
Items must be returned in unused condition with original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Products showing signs of usage, damage, or missing packaging may not qualify for replacement or exchange approval.
As we deal in premium and limited sneaker collections, refunds are generally not applicable. However, in special cases where replacement is unavailable, store credit or an appropriate resolution may be provided at our discretion.
